We are looking for both leaders and participants in our Peer Circles program. Leading a Peer Circle is a great way to build or grow your network across the industry, develop leadership skills, and drive positive impact in the NEWIEE community. If you select this option, we’ll invite you to a Peer Circles leader training in early December. If you only want to join as a participant, that is ok too. We hear from participants in Peer Circles, who meet at least monthly, that they gain valuable peer relationships, learn new skills, and find a meaningful support group to help advance their career. If you select this option, you should expect to hear from your Peer Circles leader in mid to late December to kick off the first meeting in 2027.
